Figis - Wrong ORDERS sent
My wife ordered two gifts order # 9968 to be sent to relatives in Colorado for Christmas.Both parties received the wrong gift.In fact it wasn't even listed in your Christmas catalog.My wife called customer service and talked with a supervisor.
My wife was told she would have to call the relatives and have them pay to ship the wrong items back or we would have to pay again to have the right items sent.
The items were $19.99 each.Being it's Christmas time we went ahead and payed again rather then call and have the relatives pay to ship back the mistake your company made.We have been doing business with your company for a number of years and I feel that this a very tacky way to treat your customers.
