What a rip! Ordered a Christmas gift item to be sent to another state.

Not sure item received was what I ordered. Went to check the online site and item no longer available so I could not compare picture of item with what I was told was received. Customer service not helpful, said they couldn't send picture to my e-mail nor could they send me catalogue as this was a Christmas catalogue which customer service said they had no more of!

I wouldn't order from Figi's again, very disappointed in how they handled my situation. Customer service was rude and not helpful at all.

Reason of review: Not as described.

I didn't like: Customer service, Rude customer service.
