I did not get all of my orders

Figis - I did not get all of my orders
I orded 2 heart necklaces and I only got 1 in the package, I dont want you to send another one I am so mad I did not get them at the same time. And I called and canceled the womens pajamas set the next day after I ordered it and I am getting bills for something I did not want .please take that of my account I will pay for 1 necklace only that is it . Never received order.

I have never rec'd any product (s) from your company. I had spoken with.someone months ago and stated that then. Just recently I received a collection bill. I am unemployed due to Covid. As I stated that I am not able to pay for something I don't have. I am willing to pay a third of it . I just want my name cleared.

Not getting any help!!!

I have been trying to talk to a customer service person for over a week. I have been put on hold for over 10 minutes each before I hang up. NOT Trustworthy,,

They Lead you into believing you will have monthly payment's do NOT say its over 3 month's then do NOT send a Statement, but later a letter you Owe 2 months payments and a Late charge so you Call this "Possible" company Not based in the USA,, your lucky if you get anyone that don't speak with a heavy Accent, you Make the Payment, then they hang Up on you while your still Speaking,, Make's you Wonder Where they really are from,, ????? Not as USA as they want you to think,, so Where do you want to Spend your USA Dollars.??

User's recommendation: Never Buy from Figis,, Write DECLINED, return to sender on ALL materials,, we must Support Reputable Local orgainzions..
