I ordered two boxes of outside lights, they were too small, returned immediately, they sent me a bill with credit for one, called them to advise sent both boxes back then they sent me a bill still for 40.98 for what? I sent everything back !

now 6months later they're saying its for late payment and shipping and handling and they can't credit it, not even as a one time adjustment. refund police says "Figi's Satisfaction Guaranteed Since 1944! You must be delighted with our items and service or we'll promptly send a replacement, refund your money, or credit your account. We Promise!

At Figi's, our goal is to provide excellent service and quality products.

well to me and the other customers they're not meeting their goals of providing excellent service I don't mind paying 8.00 for return charges not 50.98 and 10.00 late pymnts. they are loosing a long time customer for sure!!!
