Can't make my payment online.I fill out all my info and it says to put in an a payment amount,but there is no where to put in an amount.

The Figi’s FAQ page states that payments may be made online after signing into 'My Account'. If you have not already registered for online access to your Figi's account, please sign up. Once signed in, click on the "Make a Payment"' option to make a safe and secure payment. Under the Select Payment Method, select Add Credit Card or Pay by Check. Then complete all billing information as required. Under the Amount to Pay section, select one of the payment options, Payment Due, Order Balance or enter a payment amount in the entry box, for each order that you would like to make a payment on. Next, click Continue to Review Page. Once you are on the review page you will then have the option to Submit Payment or Edit Payment if changes are required. Upon payment submission a payment confirmation page will be presented. The confirmation will include the dollar amount paid and a confirmation number referring to the payment transaction. Please allow 24-48 hours for your Figi's account to reflect recent payments. Payments not received by payment due dates may be charged a late payment fee of up to $15.00 where permitted by law.

The Figis FAQ page states that orders arrive to most locations in 5-7 business days, following credit approval and on in stock items only. If you have not received your package within this timeframe, please check the status of your order by logging into “My Account”. Once signed in, your customer number should be entered in the pink box on the my information tab. Then, select “Order History”, and a list of your current orders will appear. Click on the Order number or “View Details” for more details about each order.If you need any further assistance, you should contact Figis Customer Service at 1 86* 855 0203 and provide their customer service representatives with full details regarding your issue. Please note that some orders are shipped directly from the company supplier and may take longer.

Order.

First of all, your email contact page is not working, tried on 2 computers. I was on hold for 1/2 hour before I gave up.

Probably everyone is calling because no email. My order was placed the beginning of December, Fedex says it's still in transit, what do I do.

This issue seems to be quite popular with Figis. If your package wasn’t received, you can first wait to see if the item is still on the way which may be the case if it was sent from the supplier. You can also call the Figis Customer Support number at 1 86* 855 0203 to speak with the company about your question. So, please track your order through Figis website. Log into “My Account”.You will be prompted to create a new account if you do not have one. Once your account is set up, you can check your current order status to determine where your order is in the order process.

Figis allows discounts and coupons. In fact, Figis promo codes can be sent directly to customers who sign up to special offers with the company. Those who receive Figis promo codes for free gifts or discounts must meet the criteria of the promotion. You may have a free gift offer through an email promotion or catalog. To receive that offer, you must place a minimum order of $25.00 and provide a promo code when prompted at checkout. When placing an order, you should indicate, where you want a free gift delivered. Please see your catalog or email for more details on the free gift offer.
Please note that the only one code can be used per order and that no changes can be made after the order has been placed. You should check out the details of the offer carefully and double check the address where the promotion will be sent as it is automatically sent to the first address on the order unless changed.
