I placed an order for two 2lb boxes today with their just awful automated service, they were 9$ each no where does it tell you how much shipping is unless you have an order blank in hand. I had already placed another order I shudder to say.

I opted for faster shipping for 9$. The little automated voice came back and said your order will be $248.00 8I tried to interrupt the call and get to a live body. The call just kept saying do you want to use your credit card or apparently they have a figis account. Kept saying no.

Tried to get a live body all I got was a confirmation number.I got no satisfaction from this automatic equipment that businesses use so they don't have to hire a person. Finally hung up and called a number for assistance and waited for an hour for help with no results.
