Bad customer service I have used Figi's gifts in the past and had no problems until this year.I sent gifts to my children and grandchildren and they did not receive their package although they sent an email stating that it had shipped.

They never received their package so I called customer service and the person I spoke with was beyond rude. They could not give me a valid answer about where the package was. First they said no one signed for it so it went back then they said it was, and I quote "in transition". When I asked to speak with a supervisor the rep would not let me.

She gave me a tracking number and said it was my problem. They still have not received their order.

When I asked for a refund/credit, they refused.I will never do business with them

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $63.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service, Lack of knowledge, Deceptive business practices, False claims by customer service.
