Bad customer service I have used Figi's gifts in the past and had no problems until this year. I sent gifts to my children and grandchildren and they did not receive their package although they sent an email stating that it had shipped.
They never received their package so I called customer service and the person I spoke with was beyond rude. They could not give me a valid answer about where the package was. First they said no one signed for it so it went back then they said it was, and I quote "in transition". When I asked to speak with a supervisor the rep would not let me.
She gave me a tracking number and said it was my problem. They still have not received their order.
When I asked for a refund/credit, they refused. I will never do business with them
