We ordered an item from figi's and payed for premium shipping to insure receipt by Christmas. When we found out the shipment wasn't made, we contacted figi to find out why.

We talked with a hate filled supervisor who informed us the items were backordered and wouldn't be received by them until Dec 29th. We never received a notification the items were unavailable. But these hacks never let us know the items wouldn't be shipped. Then this hateful woman proceeded to tell us tough ***.

Had I known the items were on backorder, I would have called Swiss Colony and placed the order. Now our out of town family members think we're heels. I took a chance to use figi's, since we had used Swiss Colony many times and wanted to give their competition a shot. Guess we know who gets the lump of coal.

What a mistake on our part.

Figi is Foggy and we would never recommend them. Order from Swiss Colony, at least they have a real time order system that will tell you they don't have an item.

You sound a bit hate-filled yourself. Maybe you were a little hateful to the phone rep who has nothing to do with shipping your order?

Think you should put yourself in the customer's shoes before you shoot off your mouth and start condemning another person. You don't know what happened.
