Figis - Customer Service
Nearly impossible to talk (on the phone) to a Figi's Customer Service Rep ...Wait time is at least 15-30 min!
To cancel a shipment cannot be done even if it hasn't yet been shipped. Once it's in the "system" it is a done deal. If a mistake is made in placing an order or if Figi's had run out of that particular product ... Figi's substitutes a product of "like-kind" without confirming status with customer...
I.e. 2 NFL "BRONCO" coffee mugs were sent to our die-hard "STEELER" fans in KY for Christmas & they weren't happy. It was NOT FUNNY to our KY Steeler fans & for them to return the product(s) is a hastle.
Credit refunds to our credit card never happened!Deemed it yo be our fault!
