I did receive my credit on my order but I really doubt I will order again since they never let you know when you order if that item is in stock or not. I want want I order and pay for not something else even if it is higher price item.

I.m very mad I placed a order for Fancy Holiday Cookies and Received a Meat & Cheese Tray Called customer service about this they said they do not take returns on food items they said that they ran out of cookies and sent this tray to me which they said it is a higher cost Item Sad I said I did not order this and I can't eat this stuff so now iIm out of my cookies for the holiday and stuck with a useless item that I could never enjoy anyway I ordered this with Figys credit as always and been buying for years this is first time this has happened the customer service department said they will credit my account but have not see anything as of yet but will keep in touch frequently until this is resolved there is no reason they can not contact you via email or phone to let you know that those items you ordered are out of stock before you buy them very bad service. Sad

Joke customer service

Placed gift orders at the beginning of November. Called for assistance with incorrect order. Rep claimed old orders were canceled and new correct ones would be placed. ORIGINAL ORDERS NEVER CANCELED! Called four days in a row to get resolved, was told there was an online glitch were all orders show up accepted, canceled orders do not disappear. Called again in the beginning of December to check in on status. All order were supposedly placed on a truck November 26th to sit there waiting shipment in mid December. Supervisor stated I called in too late to cancel any orders and there were no notes in the system from the previous calls stating that any orders were to be canceled, thus this rep insinuated that because their people put no notes into their system as to the nature of the call that I was lying. now being charged $800 for two orders when both were finally supposed to be canceled after such nonsense. All the company offered as a 25% refund AFTER all orders had shipped and been charged.

my package was lost never delivered on Christmas called customer service on the 26th I was told they would replace it send it out unfortunately it would not be delivered until January 13 .. I was not happy with this but I excepted it !!! Called back today and found out it was never going to be delivered they issued me a credit because the item was no longer available .. Manager said they credited my account on the 21st will the credit was the wrong amount !!!! Stupid

Need Management Changes

On June 11th I tried tho place an order for gifts to be sent to a couple of friends. With the latest catalog in hand I called the number shown shown on an online ad. A young lady answered my phone call and when I told her I wanted to place an order she abruptly told me she only handled internet transactions. She made no effort to help me. I am 84 years old and a long term customer, but it looks like Figi's no longer needs us old folks and we should take our business elsewhere. I know I will.

Very poor customer service

On December 12, I placed an order on the internet for a gift package for Christmas delivery to my sister in Buffalo, NY. On the afternoon of December 13 my husband and I left for Los Angeles to catch a Mexican Cruise from December 14 through the 21. At this point we had received no emails or phone calls from Figis about this order. After we had returned home, on December 22, I checked my phone calls and emails and nothing had arrived from Figis. I logged on to the Figis web page and found out "my order was canceled due to the credit approval process". To date, Figis has yet to explain why the order was canceled except for the above comment, or why they screwed over Christmas for both myself and my sister, or why they never notified me of the cancellation! Obviously, Figis could care less.. Well NO MORE!! I will never again do business with Figis and suggest that everyone else follow suit.

While it is not clearly stated on the www.figis.com, it does appear that orders that fail to meet credit standards might be canceled according to the Why Was My Order Cancelled Page of Figis FAQs. The page notes that they will not provide information about a canceled order via phone, email or through the website, but that you will receive a letter “detailing why your order was canceled.” It also encourages you to replace your order using a credit card, which may indicate your initial form of payment, perhaps credit, was not approved.

Tried to find out where I could get some items I was overcharged with reduced to the price I saw in the book.. Talked to 2 ladies and 1 at1-86*-855-**** was nice..she transferred me to 900-218-**** and tried to ask her the right place since neither of these were overcharged department... She was co rude and uncooperative with me and almost hung up on me...I want a phone call with an apology or just cancel my whole order..Understand me ..And yes I'm very upset...I'm the customer...423-368-****

My late wife was a frequent shopper at Figis. I had not used Figis since her passing, but decided to try it. I placed an order online and had prepared several other orders when I noticed that I was inundated with Figis ads I had specifically asked that no ads be shown on my computer, yet I am swamped with offensive and unwanted ads every time I open my computer. I had hoped to find a convenient source for gift giving but, instead, am angry and upset over this situation. Stale nuts

I just received my order, the mixed nuts that I ordered were old and stale. Definitely not fresh like they show in the catalog. The customer service woman was very nice, and I told her about the quality of the nuts, and she apoligised about the product. She did offer to replace them, but I told her no, that I did not want to replace it. I was ready to send it back, but she said that she would credit it off my bill. I had ordered about 10 yrs. ago the same nut mixture and they were the same quality, bad. Is there anyway to let them know that they need to send quality freshness like they show in your catalog. Again, I am disappointed. I did order the cheese spread too, it was very good. I am a nut person, and I was looking forward to eating some fresh, yummy nuts. I will not order them ever again.

I sent a gift item to my daughter and family...the popular red truck filled with cheese, etc.....it was very nice..the truck eas nicer than I expected. But I was upset that it was reduced by $20 before she received it. Originally, I was going to order more gifts but because of not ordering on line, I had to pay postage so therefore I only ordered one thing......being a senior citizen and on a fixed income, the price reduction did not make me a happy camper!!! Slow delivery

Contacted them by e-mail and phone. Placed 2 orders on Dec. 21,2018 and understood that they would not make it for Christmas. One was going to Hollis New York and the other to Sarasota Fl. My brother in New York received his on the 29th, which was fine, but the one to Sarasota was showing that it wasn't going to be delivered until 1/7/19>>> 17 days is a bit much. I sent them an e-mail asking why the one from Sarasota hadn't been delivered yet and had told them how my brother from New York had gotten his already. I supplied them with order #s and their reply had the wrong order number on it saying it had been delivered, and labeled it SOLVED!!! WRONG!!! Resent an e-mail to them stating they didn't even read the letter I first sent them and let them know I would never order again. In the meantime, I called them also, and they told me because New York was so much closer than Sarasota to them, that was why it was taking longer. I was told to order sooner next time if I wanted it on time... They asked if they could help me with anything else and wished me a Happy New Year, like that will help anything. I told them I would never order again and they said nothing. That time frame for delivery is not as stated.

According to the information provided on the Figis FAQ page, you have some options when a package appears to be missing. If your package wasn’t received, you can first wait to see if the item is still on the way, which may be the case if it was sent from the supplier.

You can also call the Figi’s Customer Service number at 1-866-855-0203 to speak with the company about your question. The easiest first step might be to simply track your order through the Figis website.

To do this you can log into the My Account feature on www.figis.com. In case you want to return your order, find out about Figi's return policy.
