Gifts incorrectly shipped to billing address - prior orders DID GO to correct shipping address. Upon getting EMail showing shipment information, I immediately contacted Fijis - on hold 30 minutes.
The phone rep said "hello hello hello" and hung up - probably trying to meet call quota. Second call, also 30+ minutes hold time. Was told I had to wait to report shipment didn't arrive - two days later. Complied with all they asked.
Also launched EMail inquiry - despite promise of reply in 24 hours, it was more than 48. Reply was ".. too late to change delivery address ... sorry for inconvenience." Don't depend on ANY MEANINGFUL service from these people.
They purposely obfuscate the contact process ... there are NO Supervisors on duty weekends ... which is probably why certain individuals get away with hanging up on people to inflate their own call count - maybe earning a bonus for exceeding quota.
Disgusted by lack of service - products themselves aren't anything special and available elsewhere. Last time I'll order from Fijis.

The most disappointing about figis delivery service at Figis was ineffective customer support and service , but reviewer liked convenience of on line shopping. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
