We placed several orders and were supposed to receive free shipping. However while trying to use the source codes provided, the source codes could not be accepted. We contacted a customer service rep who told us to go ahead and complete the orders and if shipping charges appeared on the bill, call back to have the bill adjusted. When the bills were received, we called customer service as instructed. The rep was extremely rude and we were told that the charges couldn't be removed. We emailed customer service and were told the same thing. Also, they advertise "satisfaction guaranteed". This company does not live up to it's own advertisements. We gave several gifts to relatives along with a catalog. We have since notified the recipients to tell them of our experience. Not only will we not order from this company again, neither will anyone we have spoken to as well.

I see. Well, that's frustrating.

I hate to ask this, but in the interest of trying to help, would you mind trying our email again? I went back looking for emails on that date and I don't see anything related to your comment about free shipping.

i worked at figi's and they treat their workers the same as they treat their customers. They refuse to hire people except for seasonal workers who they then give three 5 hour days worth the training then set them loose to not help the customers.

The attitude exhibited by customer service to the customers comes from the top down. They treat every worker like they are doing something wrong. They double check and triple check everyone's work so that no-one feels trusted.We the workers at figi's are also embarrassed by the high price and small size of the gifts. It is insane for a company to take advantage of its customers in such away.

If you truly want to send meat and cheese for the holiday may I recommend Nasonville Dairy where for $52.50 i sent 13 lbs of meat and cheeses to a friend in New York.

there are better deals out there for your holiday dollars and it is not Swiss colony. ha
