I received notice that an order was placed in December and I called to ask what this was. They stated the order was placed via one of their outbound telephone reps - the only problem is we never ordered this.

They argued with me because they said I ordered this when in fact nobody ever answers our phone so there is no way we could have ordered. they stated we could return the package and the bill would go away. We complied and the Fraudsters at Figi's continue to bill us.

Clearly this was the act of a telemarketer of this company and Figis does not care enough about there customers to make this right. I will do everything in my power to spread the word of Figi's fraudulent business practices

Monetary Loss: $65.

Same problem here! I would never buy their *** and had never heard of them before........before I got a bill!!

Fraudulently charged under my name and address, someone wracked up nearly $500 in Figis stuff and they went all collection agency on me and everything! Scam somewhere in there ?!

It's not 1950 ! No one should be making major orders with just an address and a name; bogus.

Furthermore, customer service was rude and dismissive.... This has been going on for months.

I wouldn't touch anything from Figis with a ten foot pole!
